The Territory Sales Manager will serve customers by establishing relations and selling products; meeting customer needs; increase sales by obtaining new customers and maintaining relations with current ones in assigned area; provide exceptional customer service.
Position: Territory Sales Manager.
Position Type and Classification: Full-time W-2 position/Exempt OR 1099 (based on your preferences).
Office Hours: Monday- Friday, 8:30 am – 5:00 pm.
Travel and meetings with the customers: up to 50% of time (normal schedule one week of traveling with overnight stays - one week in the office; more traveling during the season - less traveling in off-season) within assigned territory. Infrequent travels to the trade shows.
Location: It is expected, that Territory Sales Manager will be working out of O'Fallon, MO office while not on the road.
Training: In-house training is provided.
Probation and Orientations Periods: 3 months.

Compensation: starting at $70,000/yr as a base salary an up (based on experience and skills). Plus commission and bonus programs.
