Inside sales representative

An inside sales rep will play a fundamental role in achieving our ambitious customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives. You must be comfortable making dozens of calls per day, working with channel partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects, and closing sales. The ideal candidate is a talented and competitive Inside Sales Representative who thrives in a quick sales cycle environment.

Potential applicants must be organized, detail-oriented, and available to work from our office in O’Fallon, Missouri; Monday – Friday 8:30 am to 5:00 pm. Infrequent travels to trade shows.

Position: Inside Sales Representative.

Position Type and Classification: Full-time position/Non-Exempt.

Hours: Monday- Friday, 8:30 am – 5:00 pm.

Location: O’Fallon, MO

Training: In-house training is provided.

Probation and Orientations Periods: 3 months.

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through inbound/outbound calls and emails.
• Understand customer needs , qualify leads, and route opportunities to sales executives.
• Close sales, achieve quotas, and perform product demos to prospects.
• Build and maintain a database of prospects, research accounts, and generate interest.
• Collaborate with channel partners to build pipelines and close deals.
• Submit activity and results reports in CRM and provide territory analyses.
• Monitor competitors and recommend improvements to products, services, or policies.
• Address customer issues, manage returns, and assist with warranty claims.
• Stay updated on industry knowledge through workshops and professional networks.
• Meet sales objectives by creating and executing a territory sales plan.
• Generate quotes, process sales orders, and deliver exceptional customer support.
• Coordinate marketing material distribution and assist with order fulfillment.
• Represent the company at up to four trade shows annually.
• Perform other tasks as required to ensure job success.

• Bachelor’s Degree or Graduating.
• Knowledge of QuickBooks (or similar software) and CRM systems.
• Previous sales experience with similar products offered by the Company.

Compensation: $21.00 – $27.00 per hour (based on experience and skills). Hourly-based salary, over-time paid (if any)

Pay Frequency: Bi-weekly.
