Return Policy

- Cancellations for standard in stock items can be accepted before merchandise is shipped. Once merchandise is shipped the buyer is responsible for all shipping and handling costs associated with the order. Sales of special order items and close-out items are final.
- Authorization is required for all merchandise returns. Returned items must be shipped within 7 days of receipt, be unused, and shipped in the original packaging with all of the original accessories and documents.

- Customers are responsible for all shipping charges, unless it is a UBC Group’s error.

- All orders filled correctly are subject to a minimum 20% ($20.00 minimum charge) restocking fee.

- All items must be inspected for damages occurred during shipping. If an item arrives damaged, the shipment should be refused and noted with the carrier.

- For malfunctioning items please refer to our warranty procedure.
